Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the environment and sustainability of palm oil industry
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of sustainability frameworks and best practices i.e. RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, etc
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel to remote locations as needed
Job Desc:
- Coordinate with superiors in developing, managing, and leading a team related to traceability and engagement
- Build understanding and awareness of sustainability commitment to suppliers by communicating about company’s sustainability policy
- Facilitating dialogues, training and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns to meet sustainability policy
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of sustainability initiatives
- Ensure implementation of sustainability policy using methods such as Self-Assessment Tool, Supplier NDPE Roadmap, Traceability to Plantation with supplier in a timely manner
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address sustainability challenges
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage with suppliers, local communities, NGOs, and other stakeholders on sustainability-related matters
- Providing support and guidance to the sustainability team and other departments on engagement-related matters
