Job Description :

Support the implementation of sustainability and CSR programs in the field
-
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, NGOs, government institutions, and local communities
-
Conduct field visits, monitoring, and data collection
-
Prepare activity reports, documentation, and success stories
-
Support partnership administration (MoU, agreements, meeting notes, follow-ups)
Job Specification :
-
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, International Relations, or related fields
-
Fresh graduates are welcome (with organizational/volunteer experience) or 3–5 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO, or community development
-
Good understanding of sustainability/CSR/ESG and community development
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel and work in the field
