Land Acquisition Officer

Kualifikasi:

• Min, Diploma in Social Science, Forestry, Law, Agriculture, Communication or any related field
• Min. 1 year of work experience in the field of social management, especially related to community behavior in and around forests.
• Deep knowledge regarding national regulations related to forest areas, PBPH rights and obligations, standards and methods of land return based on IFC PS5 (Land Acquisition and Involuntary Resettlement)
• Willing to be placed on site Tebo – Jambi.

Job Description:

1. Develop a land return operational work plan and budget based on work targets set by management.
2. Check and ensure all land return activities comply with the plan, budget, targets, and applicable SOPs.
3. Conduct outreach and inventory of land ownership, commodity types, area, and tenure in company priority areas, in accordance with procedures.
4. Conduct negotiations regarding unauthorized farmers’ land acquisition in accordance with company programs, both independently and with other parties, in accordance with procedures.
5. Ensure the land return process from farmers runs smoothly and according to procedures.
6. Coordinate, supervise, and support the Land Return Task Force regarding work responsibilities.
7. Conduct routine patrols of company assets, especially land stock areas for MoUs and landswaps.
8. Ensure and enforce the Occupational Safety Culture (Life Saving Rules) and the company’s code of ethics.
