PT Great Giant Pineapple (GGP) adalah produsen nanas kaleng terintegrasi terbesar di dunia yang berbasis di Indonesia. Perusahaan swasta ini mengoperasikan perkebunan hortikultura dan fasilitas pengolahan yang berpusat di Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Lampung.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plantation operations from planting to harvesting to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage field teams to implement best agronomic practices and meet operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and environmental standards.
- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize yield and distribution.
- Analyze operational data and drive continuous improvements.
- Uphold safety and quality standards in all plantation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with max 2 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willing to work in field-based operations and relocate across Indonesia.
- Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin (Chinese language).
